The college football season got started with a bang as I drove from Birmingham to Atlanta to see Georgia Tech open its season against 1-AA Jacksonville State. The Yellow Jackets easily handled the Gamecocks 41-14. Here are some pictures of the game day atmosphere.

David Letterman Show during the early 1980s, but I also caught The
Stanley Siegel Show troughout most of my childhood. Siegel and Letterman duke their daytime gabfests out for morning supremacy
in the 1980s on NBC and national broadcast syndication, respectively
- I tuned in to KSMP-TV and hear the announcer say, "Expect the unexpected from Stanley Siegel."
Believe in the power of daytime talk TV and express the power of opinion.
